CDFC National Conference, July 14-18, 2008
Living Faith, Caroline, Alberta; located in the beautiful Foothills of the Rocky Mountains between Edmonton and Calgary. Living Faith offers amazing facilities for dancers and their families. This is an opportunity to combine a family vacation with the conference.
The conference has been canceled due to lack of registrations.
CDFC AGM & 'Full Measure', July 18-19, 2008
Members and friends of CDFC,
In lieu of the conference, plans have been made for July 18 & 19th for our AGM and 'Full Measure' (a day of dance, training and fellowship) in Calgary - hoping most of you can make it!
July 18th: 7:00 PM - AGM. Would you come and share in what CDFC can offer the larger body of Christ? Fellowship and refreshments to follow.
July 19th: 9:45am - 4:00 PM "Full Measure." All day dance & movement workshops taught by various CDFC teachers from Ontario and BC. Lunch will be provided. More details will follow.
Where: Varsity Bible Church, 4807 Valiant Drive NW, Calgary, Alberta
Cost: A love offering towards travel expenses of teachers. The suggested amount for the day is $30.

2008 REGIONAL EVENTS
- April 28 - 7:00 - 9:00PM Edmonton Christian Dance Fellowship Gathering at St. Paul's Anglican Church on Stony Plain Road.
A celebration of Easter transformation - all who have a desire to worship God in movement are invited.

- May 31 - Improvisational Movement and Dance led by Diane Sekuloff
Dancing for the Lord began for Diane about 35 years ago at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Edmonton. Since then, she has participated both in the secular dance and liturgical dance world in Britain as well as in British Columbia, where she currently lives.
Early on, Diane discovered the healing aspects of dance through the process of choreography with people in new situations. In the past two years, she has begun to learn how to be more intentional about that. This workshop will provide a time to open up to the Holy Spirit moving you: moving in you; moving through you. We always bring what we know of ourselves to what we know of God - hopefully this will be opportunity to learn to know a little more of both.

- TIME - Meet at 9:45am, Start at 10:00 am, Finishes at noon, with a half-hour fellowship time afterwards
